PennyPenny Spencer - Managing Director

Penny has 22 years experience in the travel industry focusing on corporate and film production travel . Penny has a great understanding of these areas and strives to deliver excellence and service through Spencer Travel.
Penny has travelled extensively and knows of many locations and areas in remote regions. This first hand knowledge has proven to be of
great assistance and is appreciated by her clients .
Her hands on approach and vast personal knowledge of Airlines and complete passion for great hotels across the world for both business
and leisure, has secured her client loyalty that spans over 15 years.
Penny's commitment to providing the highest standard of service and loyalty to her clients has been recognised by the industry with Penny
being awarded the Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA) NSW 2000 Best International Corporate Consultant of the year and the
Australian National 2000 Avis / Lauda-air Travel Agents Scholarship For Excellence to Customer Service.
Under Penny's management, Spencer Travel has grown by 500% in the last 7 years and is now one of the major players in the Australian
market. Penny also achieved N.S.W finalist in the 2001 National Travel Industry Awards, Best Travel Agency - Corporate and recently won the 2005 National Travel Industry Awards, Best Travel Agency - Corporate
Penny is very committed to the travel industry and has sat on the Avis Customer Service Advisory Board for 2 years and is
Secretary of the Women's Australian Travel League which is part of an international travel body
Penny has also graduated from the Australian Businesswomen's Network Mentor Program and is a member of many travel and business
organisations that she contributes to regularly.

 

TinaTina Killeen - Operations Manager / International Consultant

Tina Joined Spencer Travel after completing the Diploma of Travel and Tourism at Martin Collage in Sydney with high distinctions. In her time at Spencer Travel she has moved through Domestic Consultant leading through to Operations Manager / International Consultant specialising in Film/Production. She has excellent customer service skills with a desire to satisfy client wants and needs. Tina has travelled to Ireland, Hawaii, North America, The Philippines, Malaysia, China, Japan, Bangkok, Phuket, Jordon-Petra and The Maldives, with this and her growing personal knowledge of Australia she is well able to assist her travelling clients. Tina is the winner of the Prestigious Australian Federation of Travel Agents 'National Travel Industry Award' for Best Travel Consultant Corporate 2004 and 2005. Most recently Tina won the 2005 Avis Australia NSW Travel Agent Scholarship of excellence


NicoleNicole Blake - International Consultant

Nicole has been working in the travel industry for more than 11 years with her main focus being the corporate travel market. One of her main areas of expertise is large group and conference travel management.She has travelled to varied destinations such as Cuba, Jamaica, Hong Kong, China, Ireland, United Kingdom, South America, Philippines, Asia, Russia, Scandinavia, USA, Nepal and many destinations within Australia.Though Nicole’s main focus is business travel, her own passion for leisure travel sees her managing leisure and cruising holidays for her clients, thus giving her very strong travel knowledge for all her clients needs.

 

LouiseLouise Brown - International Consultant

Louise started her career with Spencer Travel after completing the Diploma of Tourism at the Northern Sydney Institute. The past 4 years have seen Louise gain vast experience with organising groups and Film/Production travel. Louise has great experience in finding the perfect location and working within the budgets allocated. She has travelled to New Zealand, Great Britain, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, South Africa, Mauritius, the Cook Islands, French Polynesia and many areas around Australia. She also lived in Seoul, South Korea for several years whilst studying and travelled throughout many countries in the region such as Japan, Thailand, Singapore and Taiwan

 

Lisa Allan - International Consultant

Lisa has had more than 13 yrs experience in the Travel & Tourism industry. She has specialised in the corporate arena for the past 11 yrs after completing the Australian Federation of Travel Agents course with high distinctions.
Lisa compliments Spencer Travel with her broad range of knowledge & experience in all facades of travel, specialising in both Corporate and high end leisure as well as Film & Production/groups and planning overseas weddings and honeymoons. She has travelled extensively throughout Asia taking in Bali, Vietnam, japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Hong Kong and Singapore. Lisa is an expert in the cities of New York, Los Angeles & London inspecting many of the hip and groovy as well as the opulent 5 star properties which gives her the ability to offer first hand experience and personal recommendations to her clients. She has also travelled to Hawaii, Greece, Italy, France, Dubai, Tanzania, Fiji, New Zealand and extensively throughout Australia.
Lisa also specialises in Tahiti and was the 2nd agent in NSW to qualify as a Tahiti Tiare Specialist Agent and the 4th Nationwide in 2001.
Lisa's peers within the Travel industry have also rewarded her dedication with a nomination for the 2000 National Brian Pateman Front Liner Award.

 

StewartStewart Petersen - International Consultant

Stewart has been working in the travel industry for 11 years. Having previously owned his own agency, he now prefers to focus his energy on arranging the leisure and business travel needs of his clients. Stewart is keen to utilise his own extensive travel experiences throughout the world to ensure memorable holidays for all his clients. In addition, Stewart is able to offer special assistance for those arranging group travel (both corporate and leisure) and cruises.
 

AmandaAmanda Paki - Domestic Consultant

Amanda has joined Spencer Travel fresh from her Level 3 Certificate Travel and Tourism course at NSW TAFE with high distinctions. She has started her career as our receptionist/Domestic consultant. With her friendly nature and drive to excell, she stands well to achieve in her chosen career. She has travelled to many parts of Australia and extensively through out the north island of New Zealand.

 

Sohani BittonSohani Bitton - Business Development Manager

Sohani has over 13 years experience within the Hotel, Travel and Hospitality Industries. Her skills range from Front Office management, Reservations & Sales & Marketing. She has excellent interpersonal, customer & negotiating skills. Sohani's area of expertise is in Relationship Building, Client Retention & Business Development. After successfully opening, managing and marketing her own business Sohani is well aware of the needs of the SME market and brings to Spencer Travel her knowledge & experience in Sales & Marketing and Brand Management. Sohani has extensive travel experience to many places within Africa & Europe.
